Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the LARP mobile application operated by LARP

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
  2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE LARP is an AI-powered image generation app that allows users to create stylized lifestyle photos using artificial intelligence. The App uses third-party AI services to process and generate images based on user-provided photos and prompts.
  3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS Free Tier: The App offers a limited number of free image generations per day.

Premium Subscription: LARP Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with weekly and annual options.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

  1. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT You retain ownership of photos you upload and images you generate. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI services solely for the purpose of generating your requested images.

You agree NOT to:

Upload photos of individuals without their consent Generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable Generate images depicting minors in any inappropriate context Generate images that infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights Use the App for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purpose Attempt to circumvent any content moderation or rate limiting Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App Use the App to create content that violates any applicable law We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. AI-GENERATED CONTENT Images generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and may not be perfectly accurate or realistic. We make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images. You are solely responsible for how you use generated images.
  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its components.
  3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
  5. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
  6. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the Settings screen.
  7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
  8. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
